I felt compelled to share my experience since I was a tad worried about the ratings. I stumbled upon this company while searching for glass glasses, which are pretty tough to come by, especially since my go-to place for the last three years jacked up their prices to an outrageous level.

I picked out a nice set of frames with glass lenses, and when they arrived, the prescription was just right. However, the arms were a bit too bent in and were squeezing my noggin. I ordered 145 mm frames for my big head and still had to tweak the arms myself to avoid the squeeze.

I should point out that while this company does respond to reviews, their communication with customers outside of that is pretty limited. So, there’s no nudge to remind folks to leave feedback. It’s nice that they engage with reviews, but it might explain why those who have decent experiences might forget to chime in.

As long as the prices stay fair, I plan to keep getting my glasses from VS Eyewear for the foreseeable future.

I just got some reader safety glasses. After two attempts, I still can’t read with them. They sent me a rude message saying they’re right and I should return to the eye doctor. Funny enough, the glasses from my eye doctor work just fine. In fact, I can see well enough to write this review!

These shipping fees are just nuts! Like, $19.95 for USPS to send a pair of clip-on shades? Come on!

I purchased a set of safety specs from VS Eyewear. My prescription is a bit tricky, and I opted for transition lenses. I did make an error when entering my prescription details and reached out to them right away. They responded super fast and corrected my error, and the glasses arrived just as I needed them.

I purchased a set of safety glasses from VS Eyewear on 8/21/21. I had them on for just a few minutes before I decided to take them off, put them back in the original case, and return them about a week and a half later. Since then, it’s been a hassle trying to get my refund.

I really need that cash back; I can buy another pair since my workplace is willing to cover half due to the COVID-19 situation. Looks like I’ll be disputing the charge with my credit card company tomorrow, 9/24/21, to reclaim my funds. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time or money with them.

Oh, and to top it off, after I used my credit card, it got hacked and was used all the way back East... hmmm!!! I’m on the west coast.

I just got a pair of prescription night driving/safety glasses from VS Eyewear. I checked out a bunch of other online stores, but none were as easy to navigate or had such a wide variety of glasses. This site had everything I was looking for. After I picked my frames, entered my prescription, and wrapped up my order, I found out that prescription eyewear usually ships in about 10 business days. Not only did they stick to that timeline, but my order arrived even before the 10th business day. What I got was a product of really high quality. The prescription is spot on. I spent a reasonable amount on these glasses, and from what I can tell so far, they’re totally worth it. VS Eyewear has definitely earned a repeat customer in me. I placed an order for a pair of safety goggles with prescription inserts at the beginning of May, and they just arrived today. I used to struggle with wearing goggles over my prescription glasses because they would always fog up. These goggles fit like a charm, and the lenses are spot on, which I was a bit anxious about given my strong prescription (+8). I haven’t had the chance to use them at work yet (I’m a paramedic), and we have to wear goggles for every patient, but I’m feeling optimistic. It would be great to have a tracking system for orders while they’re being made, but when I reached out to ask about my order, I got a response in no time. It took about 19 days from placing the order to getting the goggles delivered to my home in Canada. Overall, I’m really pleased and will definitely order again down the line.

Getting my glasses from this place has been a total hassle. I ordered three pairs but only received two. The two pairs I did get have lenses that are cut differently, making it impossible to use both. The ones I’ve been trying to wear give me the feeling like I’m looking at two different levels. To top it off, it took nearly two months to receive the glasses I did manage to get, and there was zero communication from anyone about delays or stock issues. I’ve been wearing glasses for four decades, and this has definitely been the worst experience ever. I ended up buying glasses from a local optometrist with the same prescription, and now I can see just fine.

Awful customer service during the pandemic. Nobody could provide an answer about when the glasses would be shipped until it was way past their 'cannot be canceled' deadline. I had over a month for delivery before I needed them, and I chose this company thinking they could actually deliver... boy, was I wrong! Not only did they fail to arrive when I needed them, they didn’t show up at all. After two long months and $112 USD spent, I ended up having to buy a pair locally. Now I'm out $112 and still waiting for a refund from these scammers.

I just got my RX-70PC glasses and they’re fantastic. They fit perfectly, the prescription is exactly right, and they arrived way quicker than I expected since I’m in Canada. I was pleasantly surprised to find a nice hard case, a cleaning cloth/bag, and a head strap included. I did run into a little hiccup on the website while ordering, but I chatted with someone who was super helpful and quick to respond. This was my first time buying from here, and it definitely won’t be the last!

I've got my second set from this brand and I'm really into them. The prescription is always spot on, and changing my address was a breeze. I constantly tell folks who inquire about my safety glasses to check this place out.

This was my first time ordering from this seller. I made my purchase and it was shipped quickly. When it arrived, everything was nicely packed. Overall, I'm happy with the service I got.

I asked for matte black but ended up with gloss black. The shipping label was created on February 6th, and I got it on February 18th. Seems a bit off, but other than that, the lenses are fantastic!
